Before launch: this covers use of the website only. The terms that govern a booking, including licensing, cancellation and payment, belong in Ollie's shoot contract and are not repeated here. Items marked to confirm need his details.

Using the site
You are welcome to read, link to and share these pages. Please do not attempt to interfere with the site, gain unauthorised access to it, or use it to send automated or bulk messages through the contact form.
The photography
Every photograph on this site is the copyright of Ollie Rastall and is protected by the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988. They are shown here as a portfolio, which is not a licence to use them.
In particular, please do not copy, download, reproduce, crop, edit or republish any image from this site, including on social media, without written permission. That applies equally to golf clubs that appear in the photographs: a club's images are licensed through its own agreement, and that agreement, not this website, sets out what it may do with them.
To licence an image, email ollie@ollierastall.com. Requests are usually straightforward.
Accuracy
The information here is kept as accurate as possible but is given for general guidance. Turnaround times, coverage and inclusions described on these pages are typical, not contractual. What is agreed for your shoot is what is written in your quote.
Prices shown on this site are starting points. Every project is quoted in writing after a conversation, and the price in your quote is the one that applies.
Enquiries
Sending an enquiry does not create a contract and does not reserve a date. A booking exists once it has been confirmed in writing. What happens to the information you send is set out in theprivacy policy.
Other sites
Where this site links elsewhere, for example to a client's website or a social media profile, those sites are not under Ollie's control and their content is not his responsibility.
Liability
This site is provided as it is. Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
