More than fairways, greens and bunkers.

To celebrate the launch of Ollie Rastall Photography, I’m giving one UK golf club the chance to win a full-day professional photography and content shoot worth over £3,000.

Golf courses are more than fairways, greens and bunkers. They’re the people who maintain them, the teams who work behind the scenes, the members, the history, the characters and the stories that make each club unique.

I want to help tell yours.

“Ollie is, without question, one of the most efficient and accomplished course photographers I've had the pleasure of working with. He spent time out with our greenkeeping team and instinctively understood how to capture both the craft and the environment, producing a series of truly exceptional images and video that elevate the course and the people behind it. His eye is refined, his timing precise, and his ability to work seamlessly within a live course setting is incredibly impressive. From start to finish, Ollie was professional, communicative, and highly efficient, delivering outstanding quality with a calm confidence that makes the entire process feel effortless. We were genuinely delighted with the results and look forward to working with him again.”
Cayla Platt-Botha, Marketing & Growth Manager, Trevose Golf & Country Club

  1. 01

    Entries are read

Every entry is reviewed after the closing date, against the five published criteria.

  2. 02

    Five finalists

A shortlist of five clubs is chosen and announced across my social channels.

  3. 03

    One winner

The winning club is picked from the five and contacted directly using the details on the entry form.

Five finalists, not one winner.

As well as the overall winner, the five shortlisted clubs each receive a complimentary mini photography session and 10 edited images. Six clubs benefit from the launch, not one.

With the winner’s permission I’ll document the shoot and share selected behind-the-scenes content and finished imagery across my website and social channels.

How it’s judged.

This one is judged, not drawn. Entries are weighed against five criteria, published here before you write a word, and on the quality of the entry rather than likes, followers or votes.

  1. 25%

    Story

Does the club have an interesting story, character or history that could be brought to life through photography?

  2. 20%

    People

Is there a team, community or group of people whose work and contribution could be showcased?

  3. 20%

    Visual potential

Does the club offer interesting opportunities for photography and content creation?

  4. 20%

    Marketing opportunity

Could the photography provide meaningful value to the club's website, social media, PR or marketing?

  5. 15%

    Practicality

Can the club accommodate a full-day shoot and work with the requirements of the prize?

The judging decision is final.
